Penetrating Sealer is ready-to-use. Do NOT dilute.

• Clean floor. If heavily soiled, clean with a degreaser.
• Rinse floor thoroughly with water and allow to dry completely.
• Fill pump-up sprayer with Penetrating Sealer to provide coverage of 50-250 ft2 per gal (4-7 m2 per liter) for medium to high porosity floors or 500- 1000 ft2 per gal (12-24 m2 per liter) for low porosity floors.
• Spray floor completely with the spray head set to a medium spray. Do not apply solution so heavily that puddles are formed.
• Highly porous surfaces such as concrete require a second treatment which may be applied after the first treatment is dry (15-30 minutes).
• Maintain with a neutral all-purpose cleaner.
  • Note: If desired, remove dried, excess sealer with sponge, squeegee, or auto scrubber. To avoid possible contamination, do not pour unused product from
    bucket back into original container. Keep out of reach of children. Keep container sealed when not in use. Keep from freezing.
