Tennant 9015731, Premium Squeegee Blade Kit

I ordered the Tennant 9015731 Premium Squeegee Blade Kit and was charged full price for a name-brand product. However, what I received was a generic, non-Tennant squeegee with no branding or markings. The quality is noticeably different—the rubber is much stiffer and does not perform the same, leaving water behind and making it ineffective for professional use.
I’ve ordered from SweepScrub before without issues, which makes this even more disappointing. If the Tennant product was unavailable, that should have been clearly communicated—not substituted with a lower-quality generic item at the same price.
I would like this corrected with either the proper Tennant product or a refund.
