Aftermarket Tennant 386230, 39" Poly Brush

I've been trying to return an item for over a week and a half. Filled out the return form. It said someone would reach out to me. Haven't heard anything. I called the phone number listed. The service person told me that she couldn't help and I had to email [****]. Sent another email and still no response. Getting the product was good, returning an item has been a issue.
