The parts that I ordered and received were good but the shipping costs are very expensive. I was going to order a $3.00 gasket and they what $50.00 to ship it. I'm not happy with that.

We received our completely refurbished Tennant T12 unit ahead of schedule and we were very impressed. We ended up having a minor issue with a damaged component, and Tony, the service tech was very responsive and able to send out the repair part free of charge quickly. I will certainly be using them for my floor care needs moving forward.
